Mission Statement

To foster association among women, to enable, educate and encourage us to exert our influence and achieve personal and professional growth.

Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) is a member driven organization designed to foster networking and leadership. WLN facilitates relationships with professional career-oriented women who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with others through monthly programs.

Meetings are held at noon on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Montana Club. Lunch is provided by the Montana Club at a cost of $9.50, payable by check to the Montana Club, a Montana Club charge, a WLN punch card or cash. We encourage our members to bring guests and we will pay for all first-time-guest lunches.

Benefits of Membership

  • Opportunity to network with other professional women and hear relevant speakers at monthly meetings. WLN absorbs any speaker costs
  • Opportunity to attend three or four evening networking socials throughout the year at various Helena locations
  • Opportunity to encourage personal and professional growth by building relationships with peers
  • A “new member profile” in The Independent Record, unless we have been asked not to submit this information

Annual Membership Dues

$100, due by January 31st each year. Memberships are prorated: $50 if joining July – October and $100 November – December, with the dues applying to the next year as well.

Notices of upcoming meetings and programs are sent out by the Association Manager via e-mail the week before; reservations should be made by 3 p.m. on the Monday before the lunch via e-mail or telephone.
